I don't know the young mans name but I gather he is responsible for the daily duties of keeping the facility excellent. He always stops to say hi. Seems to do the dirty jobs no one wants. Saw him recently and he had a cover for his golf cart. Employs like him make this a great place to live. Thank you for hiring the best employs to take care of my home.

We have lived here for 3.5 years. We love the style of our apartment and the size- it is perfect for our 2 person family. We love the amenities and we utilize them at least one every week. We rarely have to put a maintenance request in, but when we do, it is taken care of quickly and in a professional manner. The office staff are always attentive to our needs. The grounds are very well maintained and the clubhouse/laundry building is spotless!

All of my concerns have been addressed in a timely manner often the same day. They are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a great place to live this is the place to come.

Abby in the front office has been amazing since we came in frantic with a bad experience at another apartment after driving overnight from Florida. She went above and beyond to get us into our new place. We love the location! There are few minor issues but nothing to complain about, overall great experience.

The complex is well taken care of and the office staff is very friendly and cares about your needs. Very community-oriented. They have a lot of special events for residents and I like the strict rules, they keep the community safer and cleaner. They have nice amenities.

Not only have they greeted me by name but been exceptional at providing excellent customer service whenever the opportunity arises. The maintenance team has also gone above and beyond in their feild by being fast to respond and doing more then just their job. Truly a great place to live.

I recently wanted to move from a ground floor apt to a 2nd floor. Corey was great and took the time to show me all my options. Lauren was patient and helped me with all my paperwork. Anytime I have ever had any questions Makayla and Lauren have always been kind and very helpful. Maintenance is awesome, when I have needed them, I've had them respond helping within 30 mins within 24hrs. The grounds,pool and halls are always clean. The activities they plan, are always fun! I renewed my lease for a second year, cant imagine calling any other place home. Thanks everyone for all you do.

If and when maintenance is needed, they are prompt at responding and service is top-notch. Great location, beautiful landscaping. After almost 2 years, we have no plans of living anywhere else.

I have lived here for a year now and I can honestly say I love living here! The neighbors are respectful. The office staff is always right on things. Maintenance has always been very responsive and timely. I love the mature trees on the premises! Snow removal was great this past winter. The only thing that I marked low was parking, but really this place was built when families only had 1 vehicle per household, and I wouldn't want to lose any of the green areas just for more parking. I love how we are situated so near everything, but it feels like we're not. I would recommend living here!
